Change to date of Summer Holidays
Due to the announcement of an extra Bank Holiday on March 18th, the planned school holiday, for this day will now take place on June 23rd – ie. school will close for Summer holidays on 22nd June (half-day).
Fundraiser for the Irish Red Cross
Parents, next Tuesday (15th) we will have a non-uniform day, where the children can wear green/white/orange (if they have those colours) as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. We ask that the children bring in a donation (€2 each) – which will be donated to the Irish Red Cross, who are helping those affected by crisis – by assisting them in getting food, medicine, shelter and water. Your support is greatly appreciated as always.
Children in Juniors’ Seniors and First class will participate in a ‘Parade’ in the school in honour of St. Patrick’s Day.
Confirmation for children in 5th & 6th
The Confirmation Ceremony will take place on April 28th at 10AM. The Enrolment Ceremony will take place on Sunday 27th March at 10AM Mass in Kanturk.
