DoE letter to Parents re Antigen Testing 25.11.2021 EV

Please note that Parents are asked to notify the Principal at the earliest possible stage if your child tests positive for Covid-19. (Ring the school during opening hours, or email the school at secretary@lismirens.com outside of hours) Also, if your child is notified that they are a close contact (pod) and eligible for free antigen tests, they can continue coming to school as long as they are symptom free.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the efforts made by all in relation to keeping our school Covid free during these challenging times.

You may be aware that NPHT have recommended children from 9+ wear masks. If your child is required to wear a mask, you will be notified of same. Currently, it is only a recommendation.

  • Please note the school will close early (12.30) on 10th December in order to facilitate staff training.
  • Thanks to Tina Dunstan (Cherryblosoms, Lismire – Playschool) for passing in selection boxes for the children, which they can enjoy during the Toyshow at the weekend!
